Those refrigerated brick warehouse building was formerly the Maloberti Produce Company. This building has a total of 9,200 square feet, distributed between the first floor and the lower level. It features four refrigerated walk-in storage rooms, a two-bay loading dock, a reception area, a private office, a restroom, a work area and a conveyor system connecting the lower level to the first floor. Inside the building, you will find two portable hydraulic lifts. The lower level also contains three compressors and has a rear access large garage door, capable of accommodating up to 15 vehicles, depending on their size.
